Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength. I wanted to take a moment to remind you of something that I believe is incredibly important: never give up.Life can be tough, and there are times when it feels like everything is working against us. We face challenges, setbacks, and obstacles that can make us feel like giving up is the only option. But I want you to know that it's not.You are stronger than you think, and you have the power to overcome anything that comes your way. Whether you're facing a difficult project at work, a personal challenge, or a health issue, I urge you to keep going. Don't give up.Remember that every obstacle you face is an opportunity to learn, grow, and become a better version of yourself. You have the strength and resilience to overcome any challenge, and I have no doubt that you will emerge from this situation stronger and more determined than ever before. So keep going, my friend. Never give up. Believe in yourself, and know that you are capable of achieving great things. I'm here to support your every step of the way.

Personal ObjectionsWe all have them but it's whether we recognise them that's the key to implementing positive change into our lives.Personal objections are things like:I'm too tired.I don't care.I don't have time.I have more important things to do.This is just the way it is.A personal objection is anything that will stop you from doing what you know deep down you need to do, change or put in order to have the life you really want. The thing is, the longer you keep feeding these personal objections with excuses the harder it will be to end the sadness you're feeling and restore the happiness you know you really crave. The first few steps are the hardest but I have a workshop starting on the 1st of September that will get you closer to the life you really want.Take that first step and register for my workshop by going to:https://lnkd.in/eirzBe5AI look forward to you joining me.#feelings #thoughts #personaldevelopment #happiness #courses

(Part 2 of 3) Continuation of 'Inferior are we?'𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆:·Practice self-compassion. Be kind and understanding to yourself. Everyone makes mistakes and experiences setbacks.·Focus on your strengths. Identify your unique talents and skills and find opportunities to use them. In corporate language, find your niche!·Set realistic goals. Don't compare your progress to others. Set goals that are challenging but achievable for you.·SMART goals as they say. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relative & Time-Bound·Surround yourself with positive people. Spend time with people who support you and believe in you. Negativity-indulgent people can drag you down, question you, and slow your growth. Also, be mindful that toxic positivity is equally unhelpful.·Seek professional help. If you are struggling with feelings of inferiority, consider seeking professional help from a therapist or counselor. Never too late to ask for help. There are many top executives and ‘successful’ people in the world who seek therapy and coaching.·It is a continuous process that should never stop. Keep reading, keep learning, and keep educating yourself on anything and, if possible, little bit of everything.Remember, you are worthy and capable of achieving great things. Don't let anyone make you feel small or inferior. Believe in yourself and chase your dreams. Albert Einstein, who famously said, “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." Find who you are, find your niche, and work wonders. Never compare yourself to others. #inferiority #Personality #selfawareness #goals

Fear felt like my emotional default for most of my life. It didn’t take much for me to lash out at someone. It wasn’t until a painfully lonely period in my life, that I asked, "What if something I’m doing is making things so difficult?"It was next finding the courage, learning the patience and self-compassion to explore the inner parts of myself I’d spent my life avoiding. That decision changed everything.Growing up my social awkwardness was dialed to 11, making me ripe for being dumped on by most of the boys and a few of the teachers. Getting criticized and rejected that much can leave you feeling fundamentally unworthy to belong - that is a profound hurting of the soul, my friend. No wonder I’d respond so defensively, so often. Even when someone genuinely cared. But people in general had become a threat and I didn’t have much of a barometer for who could be trusted. When you grow up never feeling safe, not even in your own family much of the time, you mostly know the perception of threat. So most experiences might as well be life and death. After one too many ruptured relationships, I finally had to look inward. What was my role in these harmful patterns? This question set in motion a journey through therapy and self-exploration to find out what was triggering these outbursts. As I learned to calm my distrust, I realized how my defensiveness was keeping me from seeing the opportunities to get to know some potentially caring people.Another breakthrough came when I learned how to treat my thoughts of rejection like bubbles - watching them rise to the top of my attention and then POP, the thought is gone. This skill has been instrumental in allowing me to let go.Does any of this resonate, then please take a chance on yourself. There is no shame in seeking help to unravel the layers of unrefined experience that have accumulated all these years. For me, this has been the work of a lifetime - and the journey continues. I can significantly decrease your learning curve. We’re in this together.

Do you think 'THEY' exist in reality? (A must-read)➡️➡ The 2 distinct types of PEOPLE -1. The one who proclaims to be intelligent because they derive wisdom from other people's life experiences/choices so they don't make any mistakes in life.2. The one who listens to others' opinions but also likes to take things in their stride for better control. The one who doesn't shy away from committing mistakes, learning first-hand experiences, and growing further in life.I believe it is people's circ*mstances and personal preferences that lean them towards one type. Have you ever experienced this? #ASwrites #personalitytypes #peoplelearnings #uniquehumans

☀️ Rise and Sip! ☕️Welcome to another morning tea session, where we dive into wisdom and inspiration to kickstart our day. Today, let's discuss an essential life lesson that sometimes calls for a humble mindset: finding yourself in a room where you're not the biggest fish. 🐠Picture this: you're faced with a situation where expertise and experience may surpass your own. It's crucial to approach such moments with humility. Take a seat, listen intently, and absorb all the valuable information before you utter a word or make decisions. 🎧In a world that encourages constant self-promotion, there's immense power in acknowledging our limitations. It's through humble observation and active listening that we gain true understanding and make informed choices. 🌟So, as you savor your morning tea, reflect on times when you've embraced the role of a curious learner, setting aside ego to soak up knowledge from those who've walked the path before you. 🌿 Share your experiences and insights below, and let's celebrate the beauty of humility and the wisdom it can bring to our lives.Remember, sometimes the greatest growth happens when we allow ourselves to be the student in a room full of wisdom. Cheers to a day of learning and embracing the power of listening! 🌼✨ #MorningTeaLessons #HumbleWisdom #EmbraceListening #CassandraWilliamsEnterprise #WiseWivesBuild #Godlymarriage #ChristianWomen #prayingwife #WomanofGod #lifecoach #prayerformarriage #lifecoach #victorycoach #CantonGeorgia #lifecoachinGeorgia

Wanting everything at once, right now, right away, strictly at our behest, nothing less! Now, how many of us sound like that? Rushing into things, busy getting there too fast too soon.Well, this I can assure you, is the story of every single human being since time immemorial. There's one thing we must consciously become aware to -- In this journey of life, we are never late. Nor can we ever be early however hard we try. Each one of us is on time. His ‘individual’ time. A timeline that's meticulously designed for him. A timeline that's exclusive to him to the power of infinity!!I know you would be scoffing at this. But let me ask you, have you ever seen or come across any one person who is exactly like someone else. Or any life situation that's akin to someone else's. Of course, there are always a couple of subtle commonalities, here and there but that's about it, nothing identical! That's the beauty of being human -- Thriving as a community, while enjoying life in all its individual glory! It's easy to feel disheartened looking at someone who's 'made it' when you haven't 'made it' yet. But don't you worry my friend, you aren't left behind. You will make it too; on your time. Your life is yours to conquer, albeit at the time you were always meant to.So don't lose heart, you are neither late nor can you be early. Don't rush. Cause in life, you are simply on schedule! On your schedule!#patience #perseverance #positivemindset #positivethinking #emotionalwellbeing #emotionalhealth #selfawareness #selfconfidence #personality #personalitydevelopment #training #learninganddevelopment #motivation #softskills #softskilltraining #motivationalcoach #imageconsultant #traintowin

Ready to be terrified? 👻 Most people would say "no!"But chances are they won't even allow themselves to get that far. There are thrill seekers out there who will jump out of a plane or climb the highest mountains, but how many are willing to shift their reality in their sense of self and the world? Most people aren't willing to look and see the stories that are operating under the surface of their psyche... that cause reactivity, drama, and the feeling of stuckness. They prefer to point the finger at others or at "circ*mstances beyond their control" and feel secure in keeping this POV as their operating mode. When people DO see the importance of this inner world, shadow work process, they won't usually start out using the word "terrifying"...Most people doing shadow work start out using these words:"Hopeful""Scared""Uncomfortable""Nervous"And that's totally to be expected! But it's ultimately, when they acknowledge this word:"Vulnerable"... that I know they are really ready. It takes the willingness to be vulnerable to see through the stories you've held onto as protection your whole life. And then... to embrace all of these things as part of you but not as DEFINING who you are.Seeing your wholeness and loving it all.And that's what's terrifying, as we fear what might be deemed "unacceptable" by others and, therefore, by ourselves, or what we fear to be true.Being all of who we are means honoring ourself, loving ourself, and accepting ourself... completely.Completely.It doesn't mean you might not choose to make changes in your world and within yourself, but it means that it's done as an act of self-awareness, self-worth and self-love, rather than out of fear and self-hatred.So... are you ready to be terrified?———————————————————————When you’re ready:💡 Schedule a Discovery Call to find out more about:🌟One-to-One Sessions: Three-session shadow work cycles focusing in on a particular challenge or present question.🌟Transcendence Program: Three-month intensive program offering 12 one-to one sessions over 3 months to unearth the stories that arise regularly in your life and keep you from being fully YOU.#selfawareness#unstorying#innerwork#personalgrowth #letlifeunfold #shadowwork
