Damn. Nico had never hated his insomnia so much.
Closing his eyes, Nico turned over his pillow to the cold side, before shutting his eyes, and trying to fall asleep.
As It did normally this didn’t work.

Walking towards the elevator, Nico sighed mentally. He barely got any sleep that night (f*ck insomnia) and his ADHD went on hyper speed because he forgot to grab his medication.(he takes it but he still has his fast reflexes just when their is not a battle he isn’t always tapping his feet)

As the elevator opened to level 76 Nico walked off to see a whole group of people. ‘Damn’ Nico mentally thought as he observed the group. Thor, Stark, Steve, the man in green, two red headed girls, a man with a metal arm, and a teenage brunette boy.
They all sat around a table and Nico couldn’t help but just feel awkward. I mean what is he supposed to do?
A red head turned around staring at him with intense eyes. Everyone at the table noticed her change of attention and soon began to notice Nico who was standing in the back.
He knew he wasn’t late (he couldn’t sleep so he decided to just stay up till 8), not that he had been given a time, and just kinda felt awkward as he felt their gazes.
“Uh Hi” He said giving a half wave not really knowing what to do.
There was an awkward silence before the teenage boy spoke up,” I’m Hi I’m Peter.” He said holding out his hand for Nico to shake.
As Nico shook his hand he observed the boy even more. He was wearing a shirt with a science pin that said ‘I make bad science puns, but only periodically’ okay he probably loves science.
“I’m Nico” he said as they shook hands.
Glancing at the group he questions,” Who are y’all?”
After being introduced Nico was sat down at the table and given rules.
“Now son-“ Steve began.
“Don’t call me son.” Nico stated.
Steve sighed,” Nico, I understand that you’ve come here for… political reasons. But you have to understand that you are under our supervision and we can’t have you getting hurt. Don’t pull what you did yesterday again.”
“Yesterday?” Nat asked.
“He has a crappier version of teleporting with limits.” Tony explained. “So he left the building when he was in his room to go get his things.”
“Well it’s not like I don’t have a life” Nico said rolling his eyes. “I needed my things, some of the stuff their will keep me alive”
“Really? what do you have that your life relies on?” Tony asked with his eye brows raised.
“It’s none of your business.” Nico snapped.
“Well as long as you’re under thing roof, you are your responsibility” Steve said.
“I’m sorry but I just meet you, you can’t really expect me to trust you?” Nico points out.
“We’ll discuss this later. Moving on, how old are you?” Tony questioned.
“I-I uhh I think 15” he said his voice with skepticism.
“You don’t know your age?” Wanda asked.
“It’s weird, I was born in the early 19 century, but I got stuck in time”
“Ohh another capsicle” Tony said patting Steve on the back.
“What?” Nico asked.
“Okay if you’re 15 that means you have to go to school” Steve said getting the subject back on track.
Nico cliched harshly at the thought.”No I don’t trust schools”
Nat ,noticing the flinch, quickly asked about. “Why don’t you like schools?”
“It’s none of your business. Seriously if I wanted to tell you I would have” looking back at Steve he bag an to speak,” I’ll go to school but I can’t follow some of your other rules.”
“Oh? Why?” Tony asked.
”I have to carry a weapon, shadow traveling is kinda just what I do, and I’ll have to harm things from time to time more than Likely” Nico said explaining his problems.
“You have a weapon?” Nat asked her eyes looking over him for weapons.
“Yeah” he said spinning his ring before a sword appeared in it.
“Woah” Peter said admiring his sword.
“It was a gift from my dad” Nico said brushing small parts of his sword
“Who’s you dad?” Bruce asked.
“… Hades” Nico said before adding,”He’s… not the best dad”
The room was quiet for a moment before Nico felt a buzz in his pocket.
“You have a phone?” Tony questioned. Nico gave a silent nod before pulling it out and looking at the screen
Smiling softly Nico saw who is was from.
Percy-
“What’s up?”
Nico-
“Jason”
Looking up again he saw Tony looking at the phone with curiosity.
He ignored the dings he felt In his pocket as he turned his attention to Tony
“Do you want to see it?” Nico asked holding the phone out.
“No I don’t grab things” Tony said denying the phone.
Looking up from his phone he noticed that most people left leaving only Tony, Steve, and Peter.
“When do I go to school?”
Back in his room, Nico noticed he had very little clothes. ‘sh*t’ he had told them he had to shadow travel or did he say he just did.
“Why do I even care?” He asked aloud.
He didn’t want to get in any trouble. But at the same time he did tell them. But they only focused on the weapon he had in his hand.
School was literally the next day, it was 5:52 pm, he hadn’t eaten the whole day, and he had only the clothes on his back, his Camp Half Blood shirt, and a leather jacket.
‘Wait’ Nico thought mentally. Looking around his belongings he noticed it, he forgot it, oh my god, he forgot it.
Thinking of things he forgot, why is he there?!? He didn’t even ask. And then he forgot his sis-“sh*t”
Who does he ask.
“Mr. Di Angelo you appear to be showing signs of a panic attack should I contact someone?”
“Who the f*ck are you?!?” Nico asked looking around.
“I’m FRIDAY the AI at Stark Industries”
“-okay..no no don’t contact anyone”
“Okay Mr. Di Angelo”
“Oh and Call me Nico”
